Day 1

FOOD:

Lunch -
- 1 turkey & low fat salami sandwich
+ honey mustard, light mayo, lettuce, whole wheat bread
- small baggie of cheezits
- 1 south beach protein cereal bar (peanut butter)
- 1 can of diet coke
- 1 1x1 inch brownie
- took pill :)


After Work -
- 1 bottle of Aquafina

Dinner -
- 3 slices of pepperoni pizza
- 1 can of diet coke

Snacks -
- 2 squares of 60% dark chocolate
- 1 large glass of ice water

MONEY:

EXERCISE:
- ran on elliptical for 20 minutes after work

OTHER THOUGHTS:
- used my family gym membership, I should figure out how much it'd cost me for my own per month.
